• Bowl
• Bowl
• Pairing knife
• Fork
• Paper towels
Preparation:
Rinse off all the ingredients in water & dry using paper towels.
Ingredients:
• 2 avocados (peeled)
• 1/2 jalapeno: sliced into tiny pieces
• 2/3 small yellow onion or preferably the equivalent amount except a red onion: sliced into tiny pieces
• 4 small, sweet cherry tomatoes (diced into 1/8s)
• 1/2 a lime (squeezed)
• Cilantro (approximately 10 leaves ripped into tiny pieces)
• salt (preferably iodized salt): desired amount
Instructions:
Put ingredients into a bowl (except for the tomatoes). Mash it all up and mix it, finally add the tomatoes and mix them in.
Serve and enjoy! ๐
Note: guacamole can also be served on top of rice and beans. YUM!
